You can redeem the codes once on the official Genshin Impact website and then receive the rewards in-game via the in-game mail.

How to redeem the codes in the browser

To successfully redeem promo codes, you need a Genshin Impact account with adventure level 10. Once you have met this requirement, you must proceed as follows:

  1. Visit the official website for redeeming promo codes
  2. Log in to your account if you haven’t already
  3. On the code redemption page, select your server
  4. The character name should then automatically appear in the field below
  5. Then enter the code and click on Confirm

How to redeem the codes in Genshin Impact

There is now a more convenient solution for redeeming the promo codes. You do the following right in the game:

  1. Open the setting’s menu (gear-symbol)
  2. Go to the “Account” section
  3. Click here on the point “Voucher code” and enter the code

If everything is successful, you will receive in-game mail and can collect your reward. With the Primogems you can unlock wishes, which in turn can include weapons and characters, so it’s worth redeeming all the promo codes.
