Dark and Light developers recently revealed four new screenshots from their upcoming online fantasy survival, sandbox RPG. It poses the question, is there any possible defence against mother nature?

Nature Stands Its Ground in Dark and Light

In a developer’s tweet, we are shown nature depicted as colossal sentinels of stone and earth. It suggests there to be some kind of conflict between humans and the world they live in. The scenes below are reminiscent of the fantasy settings featured in Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit.

They come with fire, they come with axes… gnawing, biting, breaking, hacking, burning! Destroyers and usurpers, curse them! – Treebeard.

As we mentioned in a previous article, Dark and Light will include a variety of enchanted creatures. There are Unicorns, Kites, Griffins and much more. Our anticipation and excitement only builds as we near the launch of the game’s Early Access period, set to start sometime this year. The developers have stated that they expect the title to be in Early Access for a year.

We will keep you informed of any new information regarding Dark and Light.
