Look at it another way: In Cyberpunk, it’s rarely possible to see your character “V” from all angles. Since Cyberpunk 2077 offers many possibilities to use mods creatively, it will only be a matter of time until the first third-person mod is released.

This is what the developer says: Cineagle uploaded a YouTube video with a preview of what such a mod could look like just four days after Cyberpunk’s game release. Despite some obvious rough edges, this version already shows a good basic framework.
For example, you can see from the walking animation that CD Projekt Red did not intend for you to play in third-person perspective. V’s back appears crooked and when walking, the character doesn’t properly put one foot in front of the other. From first-person this seems right, as when we look down we can also see the feet.
